1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Meet Doctor, you agree to these Terms of Service governing use of our telehealth, appointment booking, chat, prescription, and pathology services.

2. Eligibility

Users must be 18 years or older, or have parental consent. Doctors and pathology labs must hold valid licenses and complete verification.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Meet Doctor facilitates consultations but does not replace emergency care. In a medical emergency, dial local emergency services immediately.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

Patients may cancel or reschedule as per the policy shown at booking. No-shows may forfeit fees. Doctors must honour confirmed slots or offer alternatives.

5. Payments

Fees are charged at booking. Refunds follow our published refund policy. Platform commissions apply to doctor and lab settlements.

6. Prescriptions

Digital prescriptions are issued solely by verified doctors and remain their clinical responsibility.

7. Conduct

Abuse, fraud, or misuse of the platform may result in suspension without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meet Doctor is not liable for indirect damages arising from service use.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
